The candidates who have appeared in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2022 Examination are eligible to apply. Candidates who apply for SAIL will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the relevant GATE 2022 examination paper and Company’s requirement.

जब गाय का बछड़ा जब छोटा रहता है तब उसे एक छोटी रस्सी के सहारे बांध दिया जाता है उसके सामने चारा का टोकरा रखकर उसको खाने में बाध्य किया जाता है लेकिन जब वह बछड़ा उस रस्सी से छूटने के लिए काफी कोशिश करता है तो रस्सी के रगड़ने से उसके गले में काफी निशान पड़ जाते हैं अतः अंत में थक हार कर उसे मजबूरी में वह चारा खाना पड़ता है और एक समय ऐसा आता है कि वही बछड़ा बड़ा होकर एक बैल बन जाता है और खेतों में धरती का सीना फाड़ कर आगे निकलता रहता है लेकिन फिर भी अपने बचपन में बंधे उस खूँट के रस्सी को तोड़ नहीं पाता क्योंकि वह अपनी सोच में बंद चुका है वह समझता है कि मैंने अगर इस रस्सी को बचपन से आज तक नहीं तोड़ पाया तो क्या अब तोड़ पाऊंगा । ओर अपनी यथार्थ शक्ति को भूल कर जिंदगी भर गुलामी में बंधा रहता है । अगर ये तय करना है कि दुनिया का सबसे ताकतवर जानवर जंगल में रहेगा या सर्कस में तो उसकी सोच बांध दो ! अगर सोच बांध देँगे तो वह सर्कस का शेर कहलायेगा। अगर अपनी सोच में आजाद हैं तो जंगल का शेर कहलाएगा ।
निष्कर्ष : आज हर इंसान की सोचने की छमता कम होती जा रही है ,इसका मुख्य कारण है माहौल ,परवरिश ।
