Tech Lead – Production Support ( DevOps and Full Stack )

• About the Role
• We are looking for a Tech Lead who can independently manage Production Support (L1 & L2), along with handling DevOps responsibilities and providing strong technical contributions in Python and React. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, proactive, and capable of leading technical operations while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Production Support (L1 & L2) Monitor application performance, incidents, and alerts in real time. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution. Provide L1 & L2 support, including incident logging, issue triaging, and escalation to development teams as needed. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure minimal downtime and seamless application functionality. Prepare daily/weekly reports on incidents and resolutions.
2. DevOps & Infrastructure Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployments. Work on Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and other DevOps tools. Ensure high system availability, monitoring, and operations stability. Implement automation to improve deployment, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
3. Full Stack Development Troubleshoot application issues in Python backend and React frontend. Support development and enhancement activities when required. Review code, ensure adherence to best practices, and guide junior developers. Contribute to new features, bug fixes, and performance tuning.

Technical Skills Required Strong expertise in Python (API development, scripting, debugging).Hands-on experience in ReactJS (UI troubleshooting, enhancements).DevOps Tools: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, AWS cloud. Production support experience with incident monitoring and resolution. Good understanding of system logs, error debugging, and performance analysis. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.3–6 years of relevant experience handling production support + development + DevOps. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
