• Freshers/ 0 to 6 and above months of BPO international Voice experience / 3+yrs of non BPO experience can apply.

• Flexibility to deal with operational needs
• Good thought process
• Good verbal and analytical skills
• Should be ready to work in US Shifts.
• Need to make outbound calls/fixed shifts starting from 6:30pm to 3:30pm and during day light saving 7:30pm to 4:30am.
• Saturdays and Sundays fixed weekly offs
