Designation : Process Trainer Role

Exp : 2 to 8yrs
CTC : Between 3.5 to 4.9LPA with variable 15 % of annual CTC.
Working Hours : 9.0 hrs ( including 1 hour break )
Working Days : 6 days working & 1 rotational off

Below is the job description of the role –
Conducting NHT, Cross Trainings session for eligible/asked employees
– Conducting refresher sessions for associates in bottom quadrant basis Quality and Training TNI & TNA assisting in LCA
– Arranging for Focus Group discussions for new ideas, thoughts and process improvement
– Scheduling Knowledge test for all the employees for helping all to be updated will all the processes changes
– Exceptional combination between end users, and management team
– Being a part of Monthly Quality calibration for enhancements and amendments
– A part of MBR’s and QBR’s for knowing business opportunities and areas of improvement and placing real time challenges
– Prepared and maintained Training reports
– Preparing, updating and amending Training materials as and when required
– Having floor walk, call audits and one on one feedback session
– Attending Client meets for understanding process requirements and set expectations
– Briefing the floor with process effective updates for any change in the process on priority
– Maintain healthy peer balance
– Focusing on Personal Learning days
– Accomplishing all training KRA
Looking for candidates who have –
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication Skills. – ( ENGLISH AND HINDI: MANDATORY)
- Preferable experience in Voice Process
- Willing to work in rotational shift & Work from office only.
Kindly note, it is 6 days working and NO cab facility.
