Role Overview
Lead and drive a team of Lead Owners and Success Managers to achieve a monthly revenue target of $180,000. Develop and execute sales strategies, monitor key metrics, coach team members, and utilize your existing network of 100+ enterprise decision-makers to close high-value deals. Must have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets in the US staffing/consultancy space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue & Strategy: Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly strategies to meet $180K revenue goals.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, motivate, and conduct call-listening sessions and one-on-one reviews with your team.

Responsibilities:

Required skills and experience:
