Power Apps Developer

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Power Apps Developer to design, develop, and implement custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL, and third-party services.
Key Responsibilities:

1. App Development:
2. Design, develop, and deploy Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps in Power Apps.
3. Customize and extend applications using Power Automate and Power BI.
4. Integration & Data Management:
5. Connect Power Apps to various data sources like Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and REST APIs.
6. Develop custom connectors for integrating with third-party applications.
7. Automation & Workflow Development:
8. Build and automate workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
9. Optimize processes using Power Platform AI capabilities and RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
10. Customization & Scripting:
11. Use Power Fx formulas and JavaScript for advanced app functionalities.
12. Implement UI/UX best practices for improved user experience.
13. Security & Governance:
14. Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and security policies.
15. Ensure compliance with company data governance and security standards.
16. Testing & Deployment:
17. Perform unit testing and resolve issues for optimal app performance.
18. Deploy and maintain applications across multiple environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years in Power Apps development.
• Technical Skills: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, REST APIs.
• Programming Knowledge: JavaScript, JSON, HTML/CSS (preferred).
• Microsoft Ecosystem: Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform App Maker (PL-100)
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400)
