Lead Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Consultant, you will oversee your own career and personal development with the support of our organization, working side by side with the customers, making a difference. Just in a few weeks’ time you will be ready to step into the exciting world of business consultancy and business processes, supported by the newest Microsoft solutions.
· Experience with requirement gathering, design, develop and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions of Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing and Project Operations for AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) and Legal Industries.

· Deliver high quality business and software application services to clients.

· The creation of high quality and sustainable client solutions.· Strong understanding of D365 CE architecture and customization capabilities.· Strong technical background in Dynamics 365 CE Customization & Configuration and Power Platform.

· Highly skilled in Plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate and Power Apps for Dynamics 365 CE to extend and enhance core functionalities.

· Good to have experience in Azure Integrations (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus) and Portals.

· Good to have experience in configuring build and release pipelines using YAML in Azure DevOps.

· Experience with version control systems like GIT, build automation, and release management using Azure DevOps.· Enforce best practices for coding standards, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.

· Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, providing effective and timely solutions.

· Conduct code reviews to provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve challenges in the development process.

· Deliver all consultancy according to the HSO Project Methodology, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the project plan.

· Meet customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour.· Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary.

· Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally.

· Participate in pre-sales activities as requested.· Apart from the development tasks, should involve on the Architect roles and responsibilities.

· Always represent HSO in a professional and positive manner. Advise customers on industries best practices in a proactive rather than passive way

Qualifications and Skills: 

· Bachelor’s degree· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.· Minimum 8 years of proven hands-on experience in CE Configuration, customization, standard workflows, Power Automate Flows, Dashboards, Model Driven App, Fetch XML, forms and views is a must.
