Technical Project Manager

Tech PM is role is part of Software Development Team with responsibility of leading and managing all phases of the project life cycle & provide status reports regarding key deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues & keep the leadership updated. This role will give you an opportunity to build & lead a strong project team & motivate team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.  
Responsibilities:

• Lead, Direct and Manage Tech development from beginning to end.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, define project scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed, measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Deep understanding of project management with experience in a fast-paced environment taking a project through its complete lifecycle using appropriate software development methodologies
• Plan & schedule, track project time lines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management 

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum 9+ years of industry experience with last 3+ years as Technical Project Manager.
• Knowledge & experience in e-Commerce/Banking domain is an advantage.
• Proven project management in leading remote agile teams using SCRUM.
• Hands on experience on MS Project or other PM Tools, JIRA.
• Technical architectural skills in Java Tech stack, Webservices, Maven, WebLogic Server, React JS, Scala, Akka, Kafka, Play framework.
• Handson experience in Java, SpringMVC, Springboot, Microservices.
• Technical proficiency in Java, Cloud Technologies (PASS, SAAS, Azure/AWS/GCP..etc)
• Understanding of Hadoop, BigData and NoSQL database concepts will be added advantage.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science (preferred) with Strong communication skills
