Client: Technology GCC for Global Biotech Company and location is Bangalore

Work Mode: Remote opportunity

Responsible for supporting Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Windows, Office applications, Office 365 and other related technologies. This role has a focus on engineering and administration of Microsoft 365 solutions providing technical expertise and recommendations to implement new solutions and resolve complex technical issues. This role will be expected to work cross-functionally with other I.T. teams while adhering to best practices, security controls and change management. The Microsoft 365 engineer will be expected to keep abreast of the latest technologies and changes within the Microsoft 365 space and ensure that the organization’s people, process and technologies are properly notified and prepared for those changes.

• 3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 and related technologies.

• 3-5 years of experience with messaging technologies such as: Exchange Online, Exchange 2016/2019, SMTP Routing.

• 3-5 Experience with PowerShell and PowerShell Scripting

• Working Knowledge and experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect.

• Working knowledge and experience with email authentication services such as: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, ARC.

• Experience using Microsoft Intune to manage Windows PCs

• Experience packaging applications for deployment with Intune or SCCM

• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex Microsoft Windows end-user issues
