Work Mode: Remote opportunity

Hands-on engineers responsible for automating infrastructure, deploying applications, and ensuring that CI/CD pipelines are fully operational. Focus also on maintaining system reliability and scaling. Ensures that both infrastructure and database systems remain highly available. Key Responsibilities: Building and maintaining automation for servers, storage, and network configurations; creating infrastructure-as-code solutions; managing cloud infrastructure. Managing cloud infrastructure, scaling resources, integrating with databases, ensuring security, and handling cloud-native services. Utilize container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Support efforts to automate the end-to-end process of deploying, monitoring, and scaling applications. Monitoring, alerting, incident response, performance tuning for infrastructure and databases, capacity planning, and uptime SLAs. Assist in resolving platform-related issues affecting development or deployment. Develop custom scripts and tools to enhance platform capabilities, such as automation scripts for environment setup, monitoring, and scaling.

• Minimum 3 Years of experience with automating IT processes, systems, capabilities, or operational services

• Strong and demonstrated knowledge with Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps and Power Automate

• Strong and demonstrated knowledge of scripting technologies such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, sh

• Design and develop automation code or scripts to automate infrastructure & security configurations, focusing on reliability and scalability.

• Operating Systems: Good experience in managing and automating tasks in Linux and Windows environments.

• Active Directory Management: Experience with automating tasks related to Active Directory (AD) management or access management.

• Microsoft Power Platforms: Ideally some exposure or knowledge of Microsoft power platforms and ability to automate tasks within these platforms.

• Database Management: Exposure to automating database provisioning (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres, mySQL) and management tasks, including backup, restore, and performance tuning.

• Ansible Proficiency: Good Experience in Ansible for configuration management and application deployment.

• Server Configuration: Ability to automate server configuration tasks & provisioning.

• Build Process Automation: Experience in automating build processes, reducing the time and effort required in manual builds.

• Deployment Automation: Proficiency in automating deployment processes & patches and code updates, ensuring quick and reliable software releases.

• Provisioning Expertise: Experience in automating provisioning tasks, reducing the time taken to provision resources and improving resource utilization.

• Experience with Jira, Github, Github Actions, Ansible and/or similar platforms.

• Experience with public IaaS / PaaS cloud services such as AWS, Azure and automation of cloud capabilities. Strong understanding and experience with working with security & networking requirements

• Good track record with ability to work with collaborative teams, deliver under pressure and tight timelines.

• Experience with ServiceNow
