Work Mode: Remote Opportunity
The Azure Virtual Desktop engineer will work closely with the Biogen’s AVD Architect to design, build, document and maintain an efficient, cost optimized environment. You will manage AVD using Nerdio and other native Microsoft tools. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Engineer teams and Subject Matter Experts. This role will also help to troubleshoot user experience and platform availability issues that support teams cannot resolve, working to identify the root cause and implement a solution.
•3+ years of experience working with Azure Virtual Desktop or similar Microsoft technologies
•Experience using Nerdio to manage Azure Virtual Desktop is required
•3+ years using PowerShell to automate processes
•Experience in collaborating with other enterprise technologists both internal and external to resolve complex technical issues
•Strong analytical, communication and troubleshooting skills that enable proactive and effective collaboration with a virtual team
•Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) certifications preferred but not required
