Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Dialog Flow CX Engineer to join our team for the Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of professional experience in Dialog Flow development, with a strong background in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and conversational design. As a Dialog Flow Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing conversational interfaces using Google’s Dialog Flow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Conversational Design:

Design and architect conversational experiences using Dialog Flow for various platforms.
Develop user-centric and intuitive conversational flows.
Dialog flow Development:
Implement and customize Dialog Flow agents for diverse use cases.
Integrate Dialog Flow with other systems and platforms as needed.
Natural Language Processing (NLP):
Work on improving the understanding and response generation capabilities of Dialog Flow.
Utilize NLP techniques to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of conversational interactions.

Testing and Optimization:

Conduct testing and quality assurance of Dialog Flow agents.
Continuously optimize and refine conversational interfaces based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices in conversational design and development.

Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Dialog Flow projects, including design specifications, integrations, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

BE/BTech/MCA in computer science from a reputed college.
Proven production level of at least 3 years of experience in chatbot development.
Proven production level of at least 2 years of experience in Dialog flow CX.
Project experience of at least 1 year in Python/Java.
Must have delivered E2E 2-3 projects using Dialog Flow CX.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
