Location :- Kolhapur

Job Purpose
Handling all the retail KPIs for the allocated ZONE

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Drive and facilitate best-in-class customer experience across formats, through rigorous system and process compliance and Customer-Centricity as the DNA.
• Contribute to the business performance of the zone by acquiring high quality postpaid customers. Lift up the base revenue through upselling higher value plans and mobility plus products.
• Ensure Channel and Store Profitability by driving scale, optimizing opex, and leveraging new lines of businesses.
• Drive a high engagement agenda and a performance culture along with investment in learning & development. Promote HSW and Diversity.
• Drive a Digital First culture in the Retail function in the cluster.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Relevant senior level assignment in Retail background.
Leadership skill, people management skill, driving the team with ample zeal and motivation
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
MBA (Full time preferred).
