Job description
1. Field Sales and Marketing by connecting with various prospects (PreSchool Directors, Large Townships/society members, Restaurants/Resorts).
2. Capturing Requirements – Toys, Preschool Furniture, Kids Party and Preschool Stationary, Play Area set-up (Artificial Lawn, flooring, custom Toys)
3. Provide overview of company products/offerings, share catalog / pictures / Portal etc.
4. Convert the opportunity into sales order by closely working with decision makers and company management
Good English, Hindi, Marathi speaking skills – must. Passion to sell, connect and build relationship. Field job in Pune, Confident, presentable and quick learner.
Required Skills –
1. 0-2 years of Field Sales Experience of any retail product sales
2. Good communication (written and verbal) skills – English, Hindi, Marathi (and if any other regional language is bonus)
3. Enjoys/Willing to travel, meet, discuss and convince stakeholders across city area (and extended suburbs)
4. Negotiations, convincing articulation approach
5. Excellent in understanding requirements, building relations and collaborations
6. Positive attitude
