We are seeking the right person to generate qualified leads for our Sales Team. Think of our Sales Team as your customer. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing an outbound lead generation process using a combination of e-mail, LinkedIn, and cold calling. You will be expected to test and prove this process in your first 90 days. This person will know how to speak to a customer and relate to them. Previous experience developing and implementing an outbound Sales lead generation process is required. This person should know that not every customer contact goes smoothly but they can bounce back quickly and continue to sound helpful and engaging on the phone.

Onsite: Pune

Joining: Immediate

Timing: 5.30 pm to 2.30 am IST

Initiative and resourcefulness go a long way. We expect you to be able to manage your tasks and finish them as required. Youll be making multiple outbound calls a day, its part of the job but we will help keep it interesting for you. Its helpful to be outgoing and comfortable with speaking with many types of people, we can help you improve but the foundation needs to be there.
