Technical Lead: Fullstack Developer + System Design

As a Technical Lead in Stimveda, you would work closely with the founders and handle all of the Software Responsibilities in the Company. This includes – 

1. Working closely with the founders to understand Requirements.
2. Designing the System Architecture for the Mobile, Web application, Website, and Cloud.
3. Organize technical teams, distribute work and monitor progress, quality assurance, and performance, in a multidisciplinary team environment.
4. Providing Strategic technical guidance to proactively improve performance, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness using industry best practices.
5. Lead technical innovation and adoption of Industry trends and best practices

Technical Experience:
•     4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development in MERN/MEAN Stack
•     2+ years of leading technical teams towards building a product
•     Experience with Cloud infrastructure and deployment (AWS, GCS, etc.)
•     Experience with Mobile Development and Architecture – Flutter/Android/iOS
•     Familiar with Container application implementation and troubleshooting with Docker (Engine, Images, etc.) and Docker Management Utilities (Kubernetes)
•     Write product or system development code
•     Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset. Key Attributes we value in teammates:
