About ProcessResponsible for developing appropriate Talent Acquisition strategies and managing the end to end Talent Acquisition process
He / She will oversee the entire recruitment process, tools and resources to ensure an efficient hiring process that results in high-quality hires within defined TAT
Coordinate with respective functional heads to define recruitment requirements, job specifications, and interview processes
Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to source from colleges, workplaces, and databases
Define, document and set-up effective recruitment processes / operations.
Ensure all recruitment metrics are met
Create/define dashboards/metrics/measurements of success and conduct regular reporting of those to the key stakeholders
Build, mentor, and lead a team of recruitment specialists
Maximize ROI on recruitment costs and increase recruitment efficiencies
To have a depth understanding of the company & its policies to pitch correctly to the candidates
To conduct interviews, administer tests, roll out offers, etc. (end-to-end recruitment activity)
Work on recruitment-related projects

RequirementGood Communication Skills (8/10)
6-10 years of experience in bulk-hiring and min 3 years in team management from BPO (Preferred) or other companies which hires in Bulk.
Experience in creating and executing Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth multiple-site environment.
Should have done bulk hiring (150+ joinees per month)
Should have managed Linguistic hirings in the past (PAN India)
Should have done in telecalling, sales & customer support hiring
Should be comfortable to travel to other offices twice a week
Demonstrated success with state-of-the-art recruiting / employment branding practices including social media, employee referrals, vendor management, campus placements, etc
Should have done 100 – 150 hirrings
Current Salary should be not less than 10L pa
