- Partner with all the stakeholders, identify and track appropriate performance metrics, key performance indicators and associated numbers for the buisness verticals.
- Creating automated dashboards for various functions and leadership team to track the real time performance.
- Share timely automated reports to the respective stakeholders/city teams for their action and visibility.
- Create algorithms to extract the required information from user base
- Develop metrics and action point that can be used to drive the performance improvement and scalability decisions across the organisation.
