Job Description:
- Provide call co-ordination & Onsite support for requests and incidents and open tickets wherever necessary for the same.
- Follow ticketing process as per the Customer provided ticketing tool for logging in the requests.
- For all logged tickets, record/update the correct category, severity, problem description and user information as per the predefined matrix.
- Perform Monitoring of the systems defined as per the baselines in Schedule A and alert the IM team proactively
- Monitor Server health and alert the IM team proactively.
- Monitor Network traffic between the Contact Centre components and do alert the IM team proactively.
- Monitor PRI status & raise with IM team for any issue
- Monitor devices configured in monitoring tool & report to IM team if any abnormality observed. ? Other devices will be monitored manually at periodic intervals
- Generate daily reports and share with customer.
