In this role, you will perform various activities in NMS & EMS.
Job Responsibilities:
- Order Design & IP Service Provisioning
- Data Service Provisioning: CEN & MPLS
- Execution of Planned Activity (Circuit Shifting, BW Upgrade, BW Degrade)
- Meeting NOC SLA Diagnosing faults & providing guidance to the field team for BERT / other testing
Requirements:
- CCNA Certification
- Good technical knowledge and Hands on Experience in CEN & MPLS Networks
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Good attitude
