We are urgently hiring for Insurance Executive/Sr. Executive for Kolhapur area ( Maharashtra)

Who can apply?

• Minimum 1 yr experience in Insurance Sector only.
• Should be a full time graduate.
• Maximum 30 yrs of age.

Job Responsibilities-

• To ensure the following so far as Insurance Business of the Region is concerned:
• Branch Wise & Region Target are achieved Month on Month .
• To ensure that every branch is activated with Insurance Business every month .
• To ensure that all issues pertaining to Insurance Business is resolved at the minimum time . d) -To ensure the awareness level of Insurance Products & procedure amongst the branches by One

to One Training to Branch Staffs .

• To motivate the staff of every branches about Insurance Business by either personally visiting

the branches or by telephone .

• Work Schedule per day : Branch Visit : at least 2 per day . Customer Visit : at least 5-6 Customers per day. Telephonically : Should talk to at least all Branches every day . Business Objective per day : Varies as per target of that particular month . But achievement of target of entire region should be ensured.
• To Keep a very cordial relationship with Branches & all RO Staff .
• Customer Service
• Sales Oriented
• Open to travel
• Good contacts with HNIs
• Hitting Sales Targets
• Customer database management
• Good communication skill

Salary: – Fixed Salary + Incentives + other perks
