Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : SAP C4C Functional consultant with more than 2-3 years of experience in system configuration, design, integration, development and testing for SAP CRM and SAP C4C Project experience in full life cycle implementations includes SAP modules such as IS-U and C4C Service Cloud from Feasibility Analysis and Scoping stages through Blueprinting, Design, Realization and Go-Live SAP Configuration expertise in SAP C4C Service Utilities and Customer Engagement Expertise in Utilities processes
Technical Experience : Experience in Utilities – Customer Service business processes like Move-in, Move-out, Transfer etc Understanding of SAP IS-U modules like Billing, FICA, IDEX and Device Management Project Management experience for a mid size implementation project Supported System Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing in the past Design enhancements in C4C to meet the business requirements Configure, test and deliver changes to the C4C Service Cloud Utilities processes
Professional Attributes : Cross-functional collaboration with teams like FICA, Work Management, Billing and Reporting to accomplish common requirements Lead the offshore C/4 HANA Functional team for timely delivery of solution Assess risks and benefits of the solution designs alternatives in the SAP Service Cloud processes
Educational Qualification : Conduct design reviews and ensuring quality solutions are built and tested
