Profile :- Customer Support Associate.
Interview Mode : Telephonic Interview
No Walk-in Interview.
Laptop/Desktop with Genuine Window 10 and Wi Fi/ Broadband with power backup facility is Mandatory for Work From Home.
Qualification Required: Any 10+2/ Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience Required: Fresher/ Experience both can apply.
Skills Required: Excellent Communication skills + Basic Computer knowledge + Basic Process knowledge

1) Answering premium customer queries via call Voice.
2) Establish relationship and trust with customer by ensuring qualitative service.
