KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieving Sales Target
- To appoint Stockiest in assigned area as per company norms.
- Keeping track on Primary and secondary sales targets
- Handling team of Sales Representative
- To give rates on day-to day basis to all Distributors
- Co-ordination with logistics and depot for proper flow and distribution of stock.
- To do redistribution in retail market on day-to-day basis.
- Prompt payment follow up
- Rotation of stocks at retails as well as at distributor point on FIFO basis.
- Training, developing and motivating the Sales Representative
