Job Description: – Sales Officer/ Sales Executive
Job purpose:
To give contribution in Achievement of Company Vision & mission by: Dealers Regular Order generation & Payment Recovery and Liquidation of products in given Canter.
KRA:
· achievement of Sales Targets through :
1. Regular Order Generation
2. Regular payment Recovery.
3. Sub dealer visits & Order generation
4. Executing assigned marketing activities ( Field visits, Product demonstrations, Field meeting,)
KPI:
1. % SPL sales Target Achievement
2. % Gross Sales Target Achievement.
3. % Leading product ( Considering ProductwiseQty Targets)
4. Above 90 days outstanding below threshold
5. % Farmer joining Target achieved
· conditions of Evaluation :
1. Officer must have visited the farmer in his field.
2. Farmer should be Nutris customer.
3. Farmer has received booklet / not.
6. % Average Customer Sale target achievement
· Working Guidelines :
1. Daily Tours are to be done strictly as per Route plan given by your Reporting Manager (RM)
2. Responsible for managing 10±3 Dealers in your center.
3. Daily 1 location Visit.
4. Location are already fixed and given. The villages under that location can be visited.
5. Daily 6 farmer visits in morning session.
6. Daily 2 Subdealer / RP Dealers.
7. Daily 1 SP Dealer visit in that location.

2. He should beyond 50km from his HQ.
