Role: Project Manager -RPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overall IT experience 10+ years
• Total Project management experience of 5+ Yrs.
• RPA development experience of 3+ Yrs.
• Must have projects experience in automation tools like Uipath/Automation Anywhere etc
• Required excellent client facing communication skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Being able to lead team as well as manage them is a trend that shows no sign of abating
• Able to seek to resolve conflicts by finding the win-win scenarios for everyone.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as another staff member.
