Job Purpose :

• Responsible for the financial health of the company. Producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research. Guiding junior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.
• Core responsibilities will include but not be limited to
• Should have complete knowledge of Tally ERP 9, TDS GST returns, & invoives.
• Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants
• Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
• Research and analyze financial reports and market trends
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
• Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
• Create and maintain an accounting system which provide accurate, timely and consistent input for management reporting.
• Responsible for ensuring strong finance system, driven by robust systems and processes which ensure zero leakages, 100% statutory compliance and timely and accurate book keeping.
• Sound knowledge of Accounting, Direct Indirect Taxation, Corporate Laws, etc.
• Expected to play a key role in the management decision making process of the business by providing updates on regulatory environment and carrying out financial analysis of past performance as well as upcoming projects and activities.
