Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manages all the on-call service desk escalations wherein advisors need help to handle the interaction
- Monitors all interactions real time and intervenes wherever support is needed or the interaction is not leading to the
desired outcome / closure.
- Ensures coordination with CFT teams to support tools and training to the agents
- Create, Manage & comply with team roster & occupancy on day to day basis
- Drive team productivity, SLA and FTR
- Ensure Quality of service to customers through accurate and timely resolution by team
- Monitor real time reports & prepare performance reports to analyse, share and implement feedback for improvement
on teams productivity, efficacy and quality of delivery
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2-5 years 1 year of minimum experience of similar team handling
- BTech / Diploma in Networking/ Electronics or BSC with CCNA certification
- CCNA certification as an added advantage
Mandatory Requirements:
- Good Communications ( with one regional language besides English & Hindi ) and Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical abilities
- Customer experience / Customer service
- Technical expert and L2 level desk managing Experience.
- Telecom and Technical Product Understanding
