CTC 18 K to 35 K per Month

Experience 1 to 4 Years

Skills

• Open to learn & positive, dedicated to work attitude

• Basic or strong knowledge of PMS & Talent Acquisition

• Proficiency in MS Office -Excel, PPT & Outlook

• Proficiency in speaking and writing English

• End to end recruitment and interview processes

• Documentation & Onboarding process

• Leave Management

• Responsible for complete co-ordination of PMS including goal settling &KRA’S

• Maintain HR team’s calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR eventsetc)

• Create and Submit reports to senior management

• Liaise with other departments or functions

• Coordinate training sessions and seminars

• Support other functions as assigned

• Employee Engagement

• Employee Grievances
