WBPSC Recruitment 2021: The Public Service Commission, West Bengal or PSCWB is the state agency authorized to conduct the Civil Services Examination for entry-level appointments to the various Civil Services of state of West Bengal in India.

The State Public Service Commission shall be consulted on all matters relating to

• methods of recruitment to civil services and for civil posts
• making appointments to civil services and posts
• making promotions and transfers from one service to another
• the suitability of candidates for such appointments, promotions or transfers

Salary: Rs. 15,600 – 42,000/- + G.P Rs. 5,400/-

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess BE/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute.

Age:

Candidates age must be maximum 36 years as on 01-01-2020. Age is relaxable for reserved category candidates.

Selection Process:

Candidates are selected based on their performance in the written test and interview.

Note: SC/ST/Ex-SM/PwD candidates are exempted from payment of Application fees.
