Job Description:
- Should be familiar with DWDM Optical Communication
- 3 years of telecom experience in Supporting Core DWDM & IP equipment
- Experience in DWDM devices handover and Testing.
- Sound understanding of DWDM products, preferred experience on Ciena
- Sound understanding of Telecom technology & Services
Core Competencies:
- Execution of commands as per the NOC & remote guidance
- Basic remote troubleshooting or onsite technical activities such as, hardware replacement, coordination with NOC, Vendors & Service providers
- Show technical competency during Technical Escalation Management
- 1-2 years of work experience with System Integration & Managed Services, Quality Audit and AT
- Having knowledge in areas of DWDM , OLT, ONT, Routers, catalyst switches
- Preventive Maintenance of Site for active elements
- Transport of Spares when replacement is required
- Willing to work at extended hours in case of critical outages
