Job Description:

  • Should be familiar with DWDM Optical Communication
  • 3 years of telecom experience in Supporting Core DWDM & IP equipment
  • Experience in DWDM devices handover and Testing.
  • Sound understanding of DWDM products, preferred experience on Ciena
  • Sound understanding of Telecom technology & Services

Core Competencies:

  • Execution of commands as per the NOC & remote guidance
  • Basic remote troubleshooting or onsite technical activities such as, hardware replacement, coordination with NOC, Vendors & Service providers
  • Show technical competency during Technical Escalation Management
  • 1-2 years of work experience with System Integration & Managed Services, Quality Audit and AT
  • Having knowledge in areas of DWDM , OLT, ONT, Routers, catalyst switches
  • Preventive Maintenance of Site for active elements
  • Transport of Spares when replacement is required
  • Willing to work at extended hours in case of critical outages
