Job Description:
- Handle entire Plant HR function from on-boarding to employee separation.
- Responsible for Campus Hiring (i.e Graduate Engineer and Diploma Engineers hiring)
- Partner with the business to identify and address performance concerns on a continuous basis.
- Play a critical role in the on-boarding and assimilation of new hires at the Plant into company culture, policies, processes etc. by driving initiatives in engagement.
- Implementation of Human Resources programs and policies including induction, training, transfers, confirmations, appraisals and policy clarification.
- Deploy initiatives in relation to employee engagement, capability building and wellness.
- Statutory Compliance Management – Handling entire HR compliance for office & factories pertaining to the Plant.
