Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent Technical Skills to understand Customer Solution provided by Solutions Team.
- Define the strategy to develop the configuration cases as well as roadmaps for addressing technical challenges jointly with our Internal NOC Team alongwith the Vendor (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia and Huaawei).
- Conceptualize, develop and implement Technical Solutions & services to enhance our corporate Base for Enterprise & SMB Customers.
- Manage the troubleshooting of configuration implementations done over Cisco & Juniper platforms.
Requirements:
- Excellent Technical Skills over Cisco Platform, ie, Routers & Switches
- Excellent Technical Skills over Juniper Platform, ie, Routers & Switches
- Excellent Technical Skills over Nokia and Huawei Platform, ie, Routers & Switches
- Excellent Troubleshooting Skill set for BGP, OSPF & EIGRP.
- Good knowledge of L2 & L3 MPLS VPN, QOS, Multicast.
