Educational Qualification for NIOT Recruitment 2020:
Scientist–F Electrical Engineering: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Technology in relevant subject from a recognized University or its equivalent with at least First Class (60% marks) in the qualifying degree level. Sixteen years exp. in Research and Development, Survey, Planning, Admin., Supervision or training, etc., in the general field of ocean technology and engg. like power systems and underwater systems, control and guidance of underwater vehicles, underwater communications, design and develop. of electrical/electronics for under water system etc.
Scientist–C Civil Engineering: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with at least First Class (60% marks) in the qualifying degree level. Three (03) years exp. in Survey, Research and Development, Planning, Supervision or training, etc., in any of the areas of ocean technology or engineering like offshore structure design and implementation, coastal protection, port and harbor engineering, environmental engg.
Scientist–B Mechanical/Marine Engineering-1: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering from a recognized University with at least First Class (60% marks) in the qualifying degree level.
Scientist–B Civil Engineering-1: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University with at least First Class (60% marks) in the qualifying degree level.
Technician Grade–A Electrician/Instrumentation: 10th Class Pass (Secondary/Metric) of a recognized Board and ITI course in the trade of Electrician/Instrumentation approved by National Council for Vocational Training or equivalent from recognized Institutions and Basic knowledge of computer.
Age Limit for NIOT Recruitment 2020:
Candidates do not Exceeding 30 years of age to 50 years of age.
