The Indian Institute of Technology, Dharwad (IIT Dharwad) is a new IIT created by an Act of Parliament in 2016. The Institute has been steadily establishing its operations and has admitted its fourth batch of students this year. Applications from fresh Engineering Graduates and Fresh Engineering Post Graduate Candidates are invited by the IIT Dharwad under a project in the Department of Electrical Engineering of the Institute. Job Type: On Contract for Maximum 2 years

Salary / Pay Scale: Rs. 31,000 + HRA (for JRF) & Rs. 23,000 consolidated (for Project Associate).
Educational Qualification: Details of Post Wise Educational Qualifications Are As Under –
- For JRF: Full-time M.Tech / ME / MS with first class or B. Tech (and equivalent) with valid GATE score in Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent degree / discipline.
- For PA: Full-time B. Tech./BE with first class in Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent degree/discipline.
Those who are in the final semester of M. Tech or B. Tech can also apply. In the event of selection to either JRF or PA position, joining will be subjected to submission of the respective provisional degree certificate.
Experience (If Any): Not Required.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on the date of the selection process.
